PROCESSING TIME

We usually take 2-5 business days to process your order. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

TRANSIT TIME

The transit time refers to the time it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped. Transit times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Average shipping time is 7-15 business days. Please note that these are estimated transit times, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

OVER $39:

Orders of $39 or more will receive free international express shipping. (some exceptions apply).
To get free shipping, you must fill your shopping cart with at least $39 worth of items (after any discounts),
and you will receive free shipping on your order. Orders are shipped in a timely and with the best available carrier.

UNDER $39:

For orders under $39, items ship for $6.99. (Except in some remote areas).

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking number or visiting the carrier's website. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at support@emptyoo.com for assistance tracking your order.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

All our product prices currently include tariffs. You don't need to pay the customs tax.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipping:

Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase and receive a full refund. Please get in touch with us at support@emptyoo.com to request a cancellation.

Address Changes: If you need to modify the shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request free of charge.

After Shipping:

Order Cancellations: We do not support cancellations after the order has been shipped. If you wish to return the items, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

Address Changes: After an order has been shipped, modifying the shipping address may not be possible. Any additional charges resulting from address changes will be the customer's responsibility. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

BACKORDERS

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. We will notify you of any delays and provide an estimated shipping date. We will offer alternative options or a refund if the delay is significant.
