Levitation Meets Illumination

Bring the Art of Levitation To Your Home
Suspended in the air with almost no friction, its gentle rotating effect will keep you mesmerized in a peaceful state of mind for hours.
Durable & Long-Lasting
Volta was built to last. Its reinforced shatterproof bulb is protected against breaks and cracks, and its contact wires are ten times stronger than the average lightbulb.

Energy-Saving & Low Power Consumption
It has a wireless power module capable of transmitting just enough power to light the bulb up completely. Don’t worry about the electricity bill skyrocketing because it is a low-power light bulb that uses energy-efficient LEDs. You can also turn off the light but keep it floating 24/7.
How Does Levitation Work?
Inside the wooden base, there are two things you will find that there is an array of electromagnets and a magnetic induction charger.
When lowering the bulb onto the block, the outermost electromagnets attract the bulb’s base while the inner magnets create a repelling force. This holds the bulb in place and causes it to hover a few centimeters above the block.
Once within the bulb’s base range, the receiver can pick up power from the charger block via magnetic induction.

Tap On & Off
Power your Volta by simply tapping the button on the wooden base. The light will go on or off without affecting the levitation.
Our sensitive touch sensor is where the magic happens. VOLTA switch feels effortless and smooth, just like touching wood.

How to Levitate?
Getting your light bulb to float for the first time will take a lot of patience and practice. If this is your first time using magnetic levitation products, you may need to attempt a few times first before succeeding. However, once you grow, it only becomes more accessible and easier!
STEP 1:
Place the base on a flat, non-ferrous surface and turn on the power by connecting the cable to the ground and plugging the adapter into your outlet.
STEP 2:
Hold the light bulb with both hands. Start from the center of the base and 10cm above the ground, and slowly go down until you are about 2cm above the floor. You will feel an upward repulsion force on the base.
STEP 3:
Once you feel that the bulb is almost balanced mid-air (not falling or being pushed up), slowly loosen your grip. If the light bulb is sucked to the base, pick up the light bulb and restart from step 2 again. Otherwise, great job, you got it to levitate!
